Shipping Information

At this time, we currently do not offer shipping to countries within the European Union (EU). We proudly ship to Australia, the United States, and other international destinations outside of the EU. What is your return policy?

Return Policy At Prey Collection, we offer a no-return policy on all purchases. We take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that each item is carefully inspected before being shipped. As many of our items are custom-designed or made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions: If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or offer a resolution. If you received the wrong item (wrong size, design, or color), please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. ​Fraud Prevention: To ensure fair handling, we reserve the right to request additional verification for damage claims. Fraudulent claims will not be tolerated.

What are the payment options?

At our online store, we offer a simple and straightforward checkout process that allows you to pay in full for your purchase at the time of checkout. We do not offer Afterpay or any other payment plans at this time.

Paying in full at checkout also helps us keep our prices low by reducing the administrative costs associated with processing installment payments.
